No need to take off your shoes, they pack flat to less than an inch (25mm) thick, and they integrate perfectly with many knee guard sleeves, giving you the flexibility to run them in addition to knee protection. They're also easy to rinse off after a ride because they’re entirely constructed of thermoplastic polyurethane, without any fabrics or foams to trap dirt and germs.
