For iPhone/Mac

1. Once you’ve downloaded the file onto your Mac, right click on it, select Rename, and change the file suffix from “.m4a” to “.m4r” , and select “Use .m4r” when the popup warning window appears.

2. Connect your iPhone with USB

3. Open a new Finder window, click on your iPhone in the sidebar

4. Drag the Shraalp.m4r file onto that Finder window (you should see a small green bubble with a plus sign appear on the file as you drag it onto the window that shows your iPhone information).
