For iPhone/Mac
Once you’ve downloaded the file onto your Mac, right click on it, select Rename, and change the file suffix from “.m4a” to “.m4r” , and select “Use .m4r” when the popup warning window appears.
Connect your iPhone with USB
Open a new Finder window, click on your iPhone in the sidebar
Drag the Shraalp.m4r file onto that Finder window (you should see a small green bubble with a plus sign appear on the file as you drag it onto the window that shows your iPhone information).
You’ll see a small sync icon appear at the top of your iPhone as the sound is added to the list the settings where you normally choose your ringtones.
For Android
Go to Settings > Sound and vibration > Ringtone.
Tap the plus sign in the upper-right corner.
You'll see a list of all your available audio files on the Sound picker page. Select the one you want to use. A toggle above the list lets you play either the entire file or selected highlights.
Tap Done.
